Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the details you send us. The short version: we collect what you type into the enquiry form or put in an email, we use it to reply, and we do not run tracking or advertising scripts on this site.

Who we are
iGeoWager is a business-to-business search marketing consultancy. The site at igeowager.online is run by the iGeoWager team, who decide how enquiry information is used. Email hello@igeowager.online or use our contact form for any privacy question or request, marked "Privacy request". The legal entity that contracts with clients, and its registered address, are named in each client agreement and are available on request through the contact form.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form you give us your name, business email address and project details. You can also add your company website, target markets, the service you are interested in and a budget range. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you include in that email. If you contact us another way, such as Telegram where offered, we receive whatever you include in that message, and that service processes it under its own terms.
Please do not send passwords, login details, payment card numbers, identity documents or personal data about players or customers. We do not need any of that to scope a project.
Like almost every web server, our hosting records basic technical logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. The contact form also stores your IP address in hashed form, for one hour, to limit repeated submissions.
Cookies
The contact page sets one essential session cookie. It protects the form against cross-site request forgery and repeat submissions, and it expires when you close your browser. No other page sets cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, social media trackers or third-party fonts; the typefaces on this site are served from our own server.
If we add analytics later, we will update this page first and ask for consent wherever the law requires it.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to reply to you, to judge whether we can lawfully take on the work (including whether the target market permits online gambling marketing), and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. Our basis for this is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and, for business contacts, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who else handles it
Form submissions and emails to hello@igeowager.online are handled by the mail service of our web host and may be forwarded to a Google Gmail inbox. That means our hosting provider and Google process the message as our service providers. These providers may store data in countries other than yours, including the United States, under their own data-transfer safeguards. Apart from these providers, we only share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete the correspondence within 24 months of our last contact. If it does lead to work, project correspondence is kept for the length of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax, accounting or legal-claim rules require. Hashed IP entries used for rate limiting are discarded after one hour. Server logs are kept according to our host's standard retention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Send your request through the contact form and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Age and audience
This website is for businesses and their staff. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and it is not for consumers looking to gamble. iGeoWager is not a gambling operator and does not accept wagers.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our setup changes, for example if we add analytics or change email provider, and we will change the date at the top when we do. For anything not covered here, contact us through the contact form.
