Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website and the basis on which we discuss and agree work. A signed proposal or statement of work takes priority over this page wherever the two differ.

What iGeoWager does, and does not do
iGeoWager provides search marketing services to businesses: technical SEO, answer engine optimization, generative engine optimization, AI search visibility monitoring, international search planning and content strategy. We work for licensed online gambling operators, sportsbooks, platform providers and affiliates.
We are not a gambling operator. We do not offer games, accept wagers, hold player funds or hold any gambling licence. Nothing on this site is an invitation to gamble.
Markets and clients we accept
We only take on work where the client's activity and the proposed marketing are lawful in each target market. Before agreeing scope we ask for licence details and check the target jurisdictions. We do not serve India, and we do not work in or target any market where online gambling or its promotion is prohibited. We may decline or stop any work that we reasonably believe would breach the law, a regulator's rules or a search platform's published policies.
The client remains responsible for holding the licences its business needs, for age and identity controls, for responsible-gambling messaging, and for final compliance and legal sign-off on anything published. Our recommendations are marketing advice, not legal advice.
Prices, scope and payment
Prices on our pricing page are monthly retainers in US dollars and describe the standard scope of each plan. Work starts only after we have agreed in writing the scope, start date, payment terms, minimum term (if any), and who provides access to the website, analytics and Search Console. Taxes, if applicable, are added according to the law that applies to the engagement.
Unless a proposal says otherwise, the retainers do not include content writing or publishing, translation, link acquisition, digital PR, paid media, developer time to implement fixes, third-party tool subscriptions or legal review.
No guaranteed results
Search engines and AI assistants decide independently what to crawl, index, rank, quote or recommend, and they change those systems without notice. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI mentions or citations, leads, deposits or revenue. Reports describe what we observed, with the method and date, so you can judge the evidence yourself.
How we work
We do not use or recommend deceptive tactics: cloaking, doorway pages, buying links that pass ranking credit, placing content on third-party sites to exploit their reputation, fake reviews, invented credentials or content aimed at minors. Where a request conflicts with this, we will say so and explain an alternative.
Confidentiality and your materials
We treat non-public information you share with us (data, access, plans) as confidential and use it only for the engagement. You keep ownership of your website, data and brand. Ownership of deliverables we produce is set out in the proposal; by default, it passes to you once the related invoice is paid.
Using this website
The articles and guides on this site are general information, written in good faith and dated. They may become out of date as regulations and platforms change, and they are not legal, financial or compliance advice for your situation. You may quote short passages with a link back. Copying whole pages or our design is not permitted. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and do not imply any relationship with us.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. Links to other websites are provided for reference; we do not control those sites.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from relying on general website content. Liability for client work, including any cap, is set out in the signed agreement for that work.
Governing law and contracting entity
The legal entity you contract with, the governing law and the forum for disputes are stated in each client agreement. If you need these details before an agreement is drafted, ask through the contact form.
