LLM brand visibility monitoring for iGaming
Your board has asked whether ChatGPT recommends you. This service gives a straight answer, with the prompts, dates and platforms written down, and keeps answering it every month.
Set up monitoring ↗LLM brand visibility is how often, and how accurately, AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot mention your brand when people ask questions you would want to appear in. We measure it with a fixed panel of prompts run on a schedule, so the result is a trend you can trust rather than one lucky screenshot.
Monitoring comes first because most teams are guessing. Some are worried about a problem they do not have; others have a real one, such as an assistant telling users they are not licensed in a state where they are.
What we track for each prompt
Are you named?
Recorded per answer, per platform, so you can see where you are absent rather than one blended score.
Is your site linked?
A mention without a link to your domain sends no traffic and often reflects an affiliate's view of you.
Are the facts right?
Licensed states, launch dates, payment methods, withdrawal times, age limits. Errors here are a compliance issue as much as a marketing one.
Who appears alongside you?
Competitor share across the panel shows who the assistants treat as the default answer in your market.
Where the answer came from
The domains cited in each answer. This is the most useful field, because it tells you which pages to fix or approach.
How you are described
Flagged only when an answer is clearly negative or outdated, such as citing a fine that has been resolved.
How the prompt panel is built
We write prompts the way your customers and partners actually ask: "which online casinos are legal in Pennsylvania", "best sportsbook app in Ontario for live betting", "is [your brand] licensed in New Jersey", "how long do [your brand] withdrawals take". Each panel mixes branded, category and comparison prompts, and each prompt is pinned to a market. Foundation runs 20 prompts a month, Growth 60 and Multi-Market 120.
Prompts run on a set schedule from a location inside the target market, logged out where the platform allows, and every answer is stored with its date. Panels are part of the wider five-stage GEO framework we use. When a platform changes its model or interface, we note it in the report, because those changes can move results more than anything you did.
Reading the numbers honestly
AI answers are not stable. A SparkToro and Gumshoe study of nearly 3,000 runs found ChatGPT and Google's AI returned the same list of brands less than 1% of the time. So we report rates over the panel ("named in 14 of 60 prompts") and trends over months, never a single answer as a ranking. You also get the raw answers, so anyone can check our tally.
First-party data fills in part of the picture. Search Console has shown AI impressions by page and country since August 2026, and Bing Webmaster Tools reports Copilot citations, but neither reports clicks. ChatGPT tags most referral links with utm_source=chatgpt.com, although a tracking gap in mid-October 2026 sent some of those visits into "Direct" in analytics. We explain which source supports each number.
When an assistant gets you wrong
You cannot edit an AI model's answer directly. You can fix the sources it draws on. That usually means correcting your own help and licence pages, making sure regulator listings and app store descriptions match, and contacting the affiliates or directories whose outdated pages are being cited. If you want us to carry out those fixes, that is our iGaming GEO service; the monitoring shows whether they worked.
Start with a free audit
If you want the picture before committing to monthly monitoring, our free AI visibility check runs a full prompt panel once, with the raw answers, source map and a ranked fix list. Definitions of the metrics used here, such as mention rate, citation share and AI share of voice, are in the glossary.
LLM visibility questions
Which AI platforms do you monitor?
By default ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, weighted towards the ones your market uses. We can add others on request.
Do you use a third-party tracking tool?
We use a mix of tools and manual runs, and we name them in the report. Paid tool subscriptions beyond our standard set are not included in the retainer.
Can we choose the prompts?
Yes. We propose a panel, you add the questions your sales and support teams hear, and we freeze it so month-to-month comparisons stay fair. Changes are logged.
What is the best AI visibility tool for iGaming?
There is no single best tool. Each tracks platforms slightly differently and none reports clicks from AI answers. We combine tools with manual runs and Search Console data, and we name every source in the report so you can judge it.
Does AI visibility monitoring work for affiliates?
Yes, and it matters more for affiliates, because large affiliates are heavily cited in gambling AI answers. For affiliates we track citation share on category and comparison prompts. See casino affiliate SEO.
Is monitoring worth it without other work?
For a first quarter, often yes. It tells you whether AI visibility is a real gap for your brand before you spend on content or outreach. The full method is described in our article on measuring AI search visibility.
